Common questions

Can I split a case?

Most items are sold by the full case so they stay frozen and intact. A few high-value items (salmon portions, pastrami) can be ordered by the half case — they're marked in the catalog.

Do you need a PO number?

Only if your office does. The order form has a field for it, and it prints on your confirmation and invoice. You can also attach your PO as a PDF when you submit.

What if I need to change an order after I submit?

Call us before 2 PM on the day before delivery and we'll adjust it. After that the order is on the truck, but we'll do our best.

Can I set up a standing order?

Yes. Tell us what you want and which day, and it goes out every week without you lifting a finger. You can pause or change it anytime from the portal or by phone.

How is the product packed?

In cases with the item name, kosher status, allergens, heating instructions and a lot number printed on the label. Pallets are shrink-wrapped and shipped frozen.

Do you deliver outside the Northeast?

We ship pallet orders by refrigerated LTL to Florida, Chicago, Baltimore, Cleveland and other communities. Call for a quote.
