A manufacturer, not a middleman.
We make what we sell. Our kitchen in Chestnut Ridge, New York, turns out blintzes, kugels, knishes, schnitzel and the rest of the line every week, and our own trucks carry it to kitchens across the Northeast.
How we work
Consistency is the product
A camp cook who orders 6 cases of blintzes in July needs them to be exactly what they were in June. Our recipes, pack counts and case weights don't drift — and if we ever change one, you'll hear it from us first.
We answer the phone
Call the office and you reach someone who can look at your order, change a delivery date or tell you where the truck is. No ticketing system, no call center.
Frozen means frozen
Product leaves our blast freezer at 0°F and rides in our own refrigerated trucks. We don't use third-party carriers, so nothing thaws on a loading dock between us and you.
Kosher supervision
Every item carries a reliable hechsher, and every case is labeled dairy, meat or pareve. Cholov Yisroel on all dairy, pas Yisroel on all baked goods, glatt on all meat. Certificates are available on request for your own mashgiach or your customers.
Passover production runs in a separately kashered kitchen from Rosh Chodesh Adar and is labeled Kosher for Passover, non-gebrokts.
The kitchen on Alpine Court
Our facility in Chestnut Ridge houses production, a blast freezer, cold storage and our dispatch. Trucks load every morning for routes through Rockland, Brooklyn, Queens, the Five Towns, Lakewood and northern New Jersey, and weekly in season to the Catskills and Poconos.
Customers are welcome to pick up at the dock during office hours. Give us an hour's notice and your order will be staged and ready.
Come see for yourself
